Leaders in the workplace are often managers and supervisors, but they can be found at all levels within an organization. This program investigates leadership traits and explores strategies for enhancing leadership potential. Participants are encouraged to reflect on their own behavior and to consider personal development pathways. This program will benefit decision-makers, managers and team leaders and those aspiring to leadership roles.
