Coasting is a standup paddle-boarding program aimed at improving women’s motivation and confidence through physical activity. This video examines the program in terms of the social-ecological model and the four main factors influencing physical activity. Featuring commentary from Kim Surfing Victoria’s Kim Byrne and Deakin University’s Dr. Helen Brown, this is an excellent learning resource for senior secondary / college-level courses in health and physical education.
