It’s easy to not think about waste. We throw away bottles, paper, food, electronics, and once a week our friendly garbage collector comes and takes them all away. Out of sight, and out of mindà but should it be?This Miniclip defines waste and the problems involved with landfills, introduces the different types of waste and which of them can be recycled—paper, metal, glass, electronics, organics, and plastics. Students are also introduced to three simple strategies to reduce their own waste footprint and manage their waste in a sustainable ways.
