Before the tooth fairy existed, a grumpy old witch had the task of collecting children's teeth. After doing the job well for 600 years, the witch got tired and bored. When she loses a bag of teeth, the witch council decides she needs some help. They enlist a meek, younger witch named Abra Cadabra. In her subtle way, Abra Cadabra changes this whole business of tooth collecting and becomes a fairy in the process.
