Princess P dips the bread into the egg mixture. To start we need to make our French mixture or mélange as the French say! In a bowl we are adding our beaten eggs, milk and any other special spices like cinnamon or vanilla to our mixture. Then we dip our bread in and coat it. Yucky, it doesn't look appetizing but I think we still need to fry it up in a pan. I'm going into pan preparation mode, you prepare for these next shows!
