Anne is experimenting with turning carbon dioxide into dry ice but, when Pidgely accidentally wastes all her carbon dioxide, she’s out of luck. Luckily, she, Nick and Shania get invited to Charlie’s costume birthday party where there will be plenty of dry ice they can use. However, things get complicated when Pal wants to party too.
