When Nick’s Mom can’t drive Nick and Shania to school, Anne and her Dad drive them. Since Pal still wants to be a real kid, Pal sneaks to school in the trunk of Dad’s Sweatster. Things get really complicated when Pal joins Shania’s Drama class presentation about how Anne, Nick and Shania brought Pal to life. Even though she’s really upset that Pal came to school, Anne learns she can’t control everything Pal does and ends up agreeing to tell Charlie that Pal isn’t a real kid but an android.
