We will learn the components of great leadership. We will learn how to build great teams. We will learn the importance of a self-starter mindset. Information Technology is the use of any computers, storage, networking and other physical devices, infrastructure and processes to create, process, store, secure, and exchange all forms of electronic data. Talented IT workers may specialize in software development, application management, or hardware components. But it is the IT Leader that must bring all of the workers together; and the IT Leaders must have knowledge and experience to become a well-rounded professional. Successful management is the key to success of any organization and the IT Leader must be a visionary, a project manager, and a specialist in operational excellence. Each day, they must balance their technical skills with management skills.
