Lawrie the Little Owl likes the quiet life. He has no time for adventures and no longing to explore anywhere outside of the garden. But Lawrie's world gets turned upside down when Parker the Pheasant mistakenly overhears Lawrie reciting a poem and assumes he's a famous explorer. Rumour spreads around the garden, and it's not long before everyone is rushing to get a glimpse of this most famous of owls. It's not the perfect quiet morning that poor old Lawrie had in mind.
