The devious diesels of Sodor are up to no good, and Thomas must set things right. Thomas and Percy travel to the country and find a fire. Luckily their friend Belle puts out the flames. But Sir Topham Hatt brings a new fire engine, Flynn to be the new fire engine as Belle desires. When Thomas pays attention to Flynn and not to Percy, Percy is jealous. What problems will occur due to his jealousy and will more fires occur?
