A recent study by the International Energy Agency found that North Americans drive the most-climate polluting vehicles in the world. Surprising when you think that we've entered an era where being environmentally responsible is such a popular movement. And electric vehicles (EVs) are available on the market. But drivers are not totally convinced about the cost, reliability and ease of owning an EV. CBC reporter David Common and a CBC News team hit the road in an EV to see if it has what it takes.
