It's a race against the clock. In Montreal, some of the world's most skilled civil engineers are working to complete one of North America's largest, most complicated bridge construction projects in record time. With projected yearly traffic of 50 million vehicles, the new Champlain Bridge will span the majestic St. Lawrence River.
