Tasnim Geedi loves to read. That love of reading led her to start posting about books on TikTok. She has gained a loyal following as a #BookTok influencer, @groovytas, with over 127,000 followers and almost six million likes. BookTok is the corner of TikTok where users share and discuss books.  This month Geedi is a panellist on Canada Reads, an annual competition where five prominent Canadians each champion a different Canadian book based on a theme. Over four days, they debate and battle it out until one book is declared the winner. This year's theme is "one book to shift your perspective."
