On July 6, 2013, an unmanned runaway train carrying tankers of crude oil derailed and exploded in Lac-Mégantic, Quebec. The tragedy left 47 people dead and the centre of town was levelled. Ten years later, residents are still trying to come to terms with the loss but are divided on where to reroute the rail line.
