Historian Philip Choy takes chef Christine Cushing on a tour of San Francisco's Chinatown, where he shows her restaurants which have been in operation since the early 1900s, points out architectural details used to make 'regular' buildings look Chinese and looks at decorative details in long standing establishments. They also discuss his background as a Chinese American.
