Chef Christine Cushing and Eugene Moy, Vice President of the Chinese Historical Society of Southern California, discuss the history of Los Angeles' old and new Chinatowns. Mr. Moy compares current fast food interpretations of Cantonese cuisine to the home cooking he grew up with then he and Christine look at the artifacts recovered from sites in old Chinatown and on display in the historical society museum.
