Grandson tells the story about a young Indigeneous man dealing with alcohol and drug use while in graduate school. In detox, he thinks of all the lessons taught to him by his grandfather. Realizing the only way to make a difference for both himself and for his tribe lies in returning home, he makes the fateful decision to go back to his community.
