Charlie is sent to his grandparents while his mother is in hospital. Although they are very kind, Charlie is lonely -- he has no one to play with except his dog, Pip. Then, one day, he discovers a snowman standing all alone in the middle of the woods. Charlie builds the snowman a snow family, and so begins an adventure he will never forget.
