Rowan Sterling, a teenager with visions of violence, is sent to Rosewood, a facility for training teens with special abilities called Harrows. Harrows can foresee potential crimes, and Rosewood’s mission is to use this power to prevent these crimes. Rowan, who lost her mother to violence, is drawn to this mission. However, when she has a vision of her best friend Lucas committing murder, she questions Rosewood’s methods and sets out to protect Lucas.
