A truss is a type of bridge, but we're going to focus on the shapes that make up the truss. In this short video, students learn what a triangle is and how many types of triangles there are. We classify triangles depending on their sides (equilateral triangles, isosceles triangle and scalene triangles) or their angles (acute triangle, right triangle and obtuse triangle). Thanks to the many examples and the recap at the end of the video, kids will learn how to distinguish among different types of triangles and understand concepts like angles or vertex.
