Jungle rivers gather up torrential downpours, and flow on to the coast where mangrove forests fringe the island's edge. This is a topsy-turvy world where fresh water meets the sea. In the salty mix sharp shooting archer fish squirt water at unsuspecting ants, while mudskipper fish walk on land and fiddler crabs fight to impress females. Finally the water escapes into the ocean, only to evaporate back into clouds and be swept inland to start its journey down the mountains once more. The water cycle is never-ending from cloud to coast.
