Canadian journalist Brandy Yanchyk travels to Carters Point, New Brunswick where Cornel Ceapa from Acadian Sturgeon and Caviar Inc. teaches her about sturgeon caviar and she samples three varieties. At the Metepenagiag Mi'kmaq Nation in Miramichi, NB, she learns about Mi'kmaw history and cultural rejuvenation from Stephen and Florence Paul who own First Nations Tourism. Traditional salmon and bannock cap this visit. On a helicopter tour with Kouri's Kopters Inc. in Gananoque, Ontario, Brandy sees some of the magnificent 1000 islands, Bolt Castle and sunken ships.
