Fifteen-year-old Eva, a recessive soul born into the same body as her sister Addie, will do anything to live. When it becomes apparent to Eva and Addie that Eva is not going to fade away, they set out to save Eva and help her move again, despite the danger they will face from a society that sees hybrids as a threat.
