Documents events, personalities, and disparate points of view that surround the cancellation of former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's scheduled speech at Montreal's Concordia University on Sept. 9, 2002. Campus administrators cancel the speech after a violent clash between anti-Netanyahu student protesters and campus riot police. The film follows three Concordia students in the wake of the protest.
