Animated short produced through cut-outs and computer animation presenting a celebration of the life of Joe Fortes, a beloved figure in Vancouver in the early 1900s. An immigrant from Barbados he loved the water and taught two generations of Canadians how to swim but most importantly, Joe left a legacy of acts of kindness and generosity.
