Macdonald, Canada's first Prime Minister, being removed from the steps of Victoria City Hall. Through creating a special plaque to teach people about Peter Henderson Bryce, a courageous doctor who spoke out about the terrible health conditions and children getting sick in residential schools, Spirit Bear realizes the importance of learning history to make better decisions now and for future generations of children and cubs.
