Mountie Jack Taggart and his partner go undercover in one of the gangs at war in British Columbia in order to identify a shadowy gang member known as Cocktail and gain evidence to convict him of murder. But when Cocktail offers to arrange a truce pact to stop the gang warfare and takes Taggart, along with the gang bosses, to a remote location to discuss the peace agreement, they discover that they have been lured into a trap of torture and murder.
