The shiny, new Eiffel Tower is the pride and glory of the 1889 World Exposition. Unfortunately, on one sunny afternoon, a woman collapses and dies on this Paris landmark. Victor Legris, a bookseller who happened to be on the tower at the time of the incident, is determined to find out what actually happened.
