When Mr. Brown decides to have a Valentine's Day sale at the booksore, he hires Miss Button to help out. Miss Button seems perfect for the job and for Mr. Brown. But Mr. Brown is too shy to tell her how he feels. Mr. Brown's cat, Cobweb, is very clever and she gets the bookstore's ghost to help bring the two valentines together in a funny way.
