Jesse and Harry's winning streak at soccer is interrupted by Hugo and Howard, from the Planet Snoz, and their plea for interplanetary help. Hugo and Howard need a dastardly and devious plan and they both know how dastardly and devious Jesse and Harry can be. The boys must win the Interplanetary Soccer Championship and save the universe from Planet Dogsbreath.
