The MythBusters use their strength, stealth, and sword skills to investigate ninja myths. Adam builds an authentic pair of Japanese mizugumo to see if ninjas really could walk on water, while Jamie follows the rules of water displacement and buoyancy as he tests out the viscosity of different liquids. Meanwhile, Kari, Grant and Tory build a pneumatic rig to find out if a ninja could stop a sword with his bare hands. A martial arts expert serves as a hand model to investigate if a person could catch an arrow mid-flight.
