Clotilde replaces the concierge while she is away on vacation. She meets Nico and they go out on several occasions. Clotilde makes more rules than her cousin the concierge. She would like to forbid the boys from visiting the girls' apartment. Annie and Sam try to build shelves together but find romance instead. Sacha helps Nico rid himself of Clotilde who always wants to spend time with him. Sacha finds out that Sam comes from a rich American family.
