A double sided DVD or 2 DVDs: Side A: 1) Introduction (6 min) an overview of the history, geography and culture of Canada. 2) Atlantic Provinces (16 min) is an overview of Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island. 3) Central Canada (14 min) is an overview of Quebec, Ottawa and Ontario. Side B: 1) Prairies (19 min) is an overview of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta. 2) The West (10 min) gives an overview of three areas of British Columbia which include the mainland, the Haida Gwaii/Queen Charlotte Islands and Vancouver Island. 3) The Territories (14 min) looks at the three territories that make up Northern Canada which include the Northwest territories, Nunavut and the Yukon.
