Keeping in mind the time limitations facing teachers, the “Changes In Me, Second Edition” resource is designed to simplify the task of teaching students about puberty. Since this subject can be sensitive, teacher guides have been provided to better prepare educators for topics that might present a challenge. The lessons include detailed plans, student handouts, visual-aids, student-centred activities, evaluation tools, a DVD and further resources.
