Bucky and Stu have to stand up to Phat Tyre and his crew of baddies, including TrashMan and Hose-Nose. Their latest villain, the giant Mikanikal Man, gets zapped during an electrical storm and comes to life. The bad guys are all made out of household items that Bucky and Stu assembled, but these self-proclaimed superheroes have no shortage of imagination.
