From early games played on Turtle Island to modern competitions, Game On! is all about sports. Students will be introduced to sports they’ve likely never heard about, including a form of martial arts called okichtaw. They’ll also learn about a number of Aboriginal sports organizations and Aboriginal athletes who are currently part of the exciting world of sports.
