Despite his rough life, thirteen-year-old Bart is an eternal optimist. While his mother would like him to take up boxing as a way of defending himself, the shy, but talented boy would rather focus on opera. So when the pretty and popular Ada befriends him and supports his musical gift, he finds that facing your fears isn't so hard when your friends have your back.
