One fall morning the farm animals all realize that someone is missing... AGAIN! This time, it's Cow, and her poor calves have been left to their own devices, making mischief around the barn. Hen squawks about in devastation, Sheep knits in an anxious frenzy, Raccoon looks for something to eat... The only thing left to do is to call Inspector Billiam Van Hoof - the world's one (and only) not-so-reliable but ever enthusiastic goat detective.
