After attending a youth space program at NASA, Houston is thrilled to be recruited to a cutting-edge project where he actually gets to go to space. He and his former rival, Ashley, are on their way to the International Space Station where they will be subjected to a variety of experiments as the youngest people to ever be in space. Meanwhile, back on Earth, the politics of space travel are getting complicated. Many feel the money being spent on the program should be redirected to address issues such as access to clean water and gloabl warming. Will Houston's trip into outer space be cut short?
