Some may see it as extreme or even whacky, but preppers have been around for decades. They store food, fuel, and even ammunition to ensure they can survive even the most cataclysmic of events, be they natural or man-made. In this day and age of nuclear threats and catastrophic weather events, the survivalist movement is actually turning mainstream.
