In Ukraine’s war-torn borderlands, a rogue Russian mercenary unit, recruited from prisons and asylums, commits war crimes with little resistance. Concurrently, a Russian team loots art and cultural treasures. After American aid workers are killed, top US spy, Scot Harvath, is sent to retaliate. The challenge lies in locating the culprits in such a vast country and stopping them before they strike again.
