Jeff Li lost his parents after his father was wrongfully accused of spying for China. Years later he was working as a double agent in Hong Kong and feeling the need for a change to cope with isolation and self-doubt. The year of 2019 presented opportunities for him to advance his CIA career and his relationship with his girlfriend who did not know about his secret occupation.
