Growing up in a poor neighborhood in California, Venus and Serena Williams learned how to play tennis from their father, and spent up to six hours each day on the court. Now, they have won a total of 26 Grand Slam Women's Singles titles and, as a team, 13 Grand Slam Women's Doubles titles.
