In support of Working Women Community Centre, women across the country tell their stories of arrival and settlement in Canada. And, like a group of friends around a kitchen table, these women share the hearth through their favourite food. Here are the delicious results in a collection of 100 culturally diverse, triple-tested recipes. With anecdote and recipes from 45 notable Canadian women including Suhana Marchand of CBC television, author Joy Kogawa, Hilary Weston, Lieutenant governor of Ontario, and Chan Hon Goh of the National Ballet of Canada, Tasting Diversity celebrates our differences.
