Successful business woman Casey Marshall is in a major car accident that breaks every bone in her body and leaves her in a coma. Unable to see or speak, she listens to the world around her from her hospital bed. From there, Casey discovers that the people in her life aren't exactly her friends and the car accident might have been planned.
