A surgery to save the President of the United States' life after a failed assassination goes horribly wrong when it is held in the same hospital that holds experiments with a device that can erase traumatic memories. A terrorist's bomb detonates the same site and causes the experiment to malfunction. As a result, the President and a random group of others now have the ability to access one another's minds.
