Rocky & CeCe arrive at "Shake It Up, Chicago" only to find it has burned down, and they may be the cause. They instead join their school's Spirit Squad and work on a choreograph routine for the pep rally. Hopefully they will be cheered and not jeered after demonstrating their performance.
