BACK ON TUESDAY is the savagely funny story of Eugene H., a failed, womanizing writer from Toronto. After a nasty flare-up with his ex-wife, he snatches their five-year-old daughter from school and flees to Jamaica. Over the next eighteen hours he muddles over his life, fumes, plots, drinks rum, regrets, reminisces, encounters a young woman with grey eyes, a coffin maker, a black Napoleon on his motorcycleand a host of other creatures from the Jamaican night.
