In 16th century Spain, a woman botanist is offered immortality if she saves a cancer-curing plant from extinction. The offer comes from a 24th century company which discovered time travel and immortality. The job takes her to a botanical garden in England where she has to make a difficult choice, love for a man or her mission. A first novel.
