After Obadiah Stane steals Tony Stark's company and his fortune, Tony goes to live on the streets. When Tony winds up in Los Angeles, he makes some new friends who inspire him to rebuild his company and his fortune, but, when he draws the attention of local supervillains the Pride, who know Tony is associated with Iron Man, he is marked for assassination.
